How do I access the membership?
It is entirely run on WhatsApp. It’s how I keep things algorithm free, quick, personal, and private. You don’t need to be in the group to get 1:1 support. Messages are between us only.
Do I get access to past recordings?
Yes - all members get the recordings of expert events, holiday fun sessions and webinars.
Is this just for school topics?
Is this just for school topics?
No - anything to do with your child aged 3–11, especially learning, friendships, transitions, emotions, home routines and parenting challenges. Tiff draws on her extensive knowledge as former nursery nurse, teacher, parent and tutor to help parents.
Can I ask for support for multiple children?
Yes, absolutely!
As long as they are your own children/grandchildren, you can ask for advice for all your children while they are between 3 and 11 years old.
When is the service available and how quickly can I expect to hear back from my questions.
I reply within 48 hours (Monday–Friday), often much sooner.
What's your cancellation policy?
There’s no tie-in. Stay as long as it supports you.
What if I need more direct help with my child?
This membership offers advice and guidance for you. If your child needs direct tuition or specialist support, that’s something we can discuss separately.
